SET UP — THE ROLE

Write the success profile: what is true in 90 days if this hire worked. Build the scorecard—4–8 weighted criteria with written anchors for what a 1 and a 4 look like. Plan behavioral questions mapped to each criterion, and set your red lines before charm can argue with them. A live Setup Score shows when the role is actually ready to interview for.

INTERVIEW — INTERVIEW MODE

Every candidate gets the same questions against the same scorecard—that consistency is what makes comparison honest. In the room: your question plan with tap-to-check tracking, an evidence pane to capture what they actually said per criterion, a Don't Ask guardrail card of commonly restricted topics with job-related alternatives, and quick notes. The screen stays awake throughout.

Right after the interview: record your gut call first, then score each criterion 1–4 with evidence attached. Get a weighted score, a recommendation, and a red-line check.
