The app generates a QR code, but the camera can’t read it, so it never connects the camera- it’s a total fail

Have tried many time to connect to Hisee Smart Camara using my iPhone and home wifi
At this point impossible

La cámara en general funciona bien. Sin embargo aunque esté configurado la entrega de notificaciones en IOS u android no llega y es algo muy necesario. No llega ninguna notificación de movimientos ni nada.
