Shadow helps you learn English with the YouTube videos you actually want to watch. No textbooks, no word lists — pick a video you love, speak along with native speakers, then chat about it with your AI tutor.

SHADOWING PRACTICE
• Three caption modes: none, English, or bilingual — switch as you improve
• Auto-scrolling lyrics-style captions; tap any line to replay it instantly
• Adjustable playback speed — slow down to keep up, repeat to drill

AI TUTOR CONVERSATIONS
• After watching, discuss the video with your AI tutor in English
• The tutor knows the video: it guides the conversation around what you just watched, so new words stick
• Real-time speech recognition and voice replies — like a one-on-one speaking lesson, minus the pressure
• Weekly or daily lesson quota depending on your plan

SUBSCRIPTIONS
• Free plan: 2 new videos and 10 translations per day, plus trial AI speaking lessons
• Basic / Pro / Max: unlimited shadowing and translation, with AI lesson quotas by plan
