This has been going on for a week Thank you for contacting me about the issue, and working on the problem! ### 2/5 — Dislike the changes *2021-03-01* I used to love this app but now it’s clunky and has bug issues. It wouldn’t let me sign in on my old account so I had to create a new one. Just trying to add my hashtags in and it’s having trouble. Definitely needs some attention. **Developer response:** Hi, Sorry you're having issues. It would be great if you could reach out to our support email so we can work with you to fix them. The app never used to have account functionality, this is relatively new and allows us to backup your hashtags and categories so you can restore them more easily. Previously if something had happened to your phone you would have lost them all. We're always looking to improve the app, so as I say, please reach out to us with more detail and we'll try our best to help. thanks ### 2/5 — Crashing *2020-10-13, version 1.14* This app was great until a few days after I installed it, it crashes every time an ad is done playing. Screen goes black. Have to close it, restart, only for another ad to play and it crash again. This happens several times before it finally works properly. Thanks! ### 2/5 — Former Favorite *2019-03-20, version 1.6* Used to work VERY well .. Gave a nice mix of hashtags. Now? The same hastags are pulled, even when you request shuffled. The same tags coming up 2,3,4,5 times in a row / per shuffle is not coincidence. Also .. Pick one category of tags and a completely different category (typically the one most used) keeps populating in error. It constantly tells me to log in to IG, which I do. Then it crashes and tells me something went wrong when I’m trying to add hashtags. I’m loving the app so far. I love how easy it is to use and the app itself is aesthetically pleasing too. 10/10 Previous Review: It won’t let me register for an account so I can’t actually use the app. I clicked the register now button when you first load the app, put in my email and the password I want to use. But, it says that my username and password are incorrect even though I was registering for an account. I triple checked to make sure I was clicking the register now button and didn’t accidentally click a sign up option.
