I have a joint membership with my mum, and her details are not shown. As a joint membership, surely all accounts linked should be available. In addition despite having just paid the increased annual fee for 2025, the app still shows my card expires Dec 2023. So even just for me - this is pretty useless. ### 1/5 — Genuinely one of the worst apps ever *2024-12-13, version 4* This is a truly bizarre app. All it does is show your membership card but it says you need to carry your card anyway as venues reserve the right to refuse the app and insist on seeing the card. Also if you ever replace your phone, even once, you have to ‘apply’ for permission to reinstall the app. The wording is unnecessarily threatening, almost accusing people of fraudulent activity because they got a new phone and might want to move their app onto it. It’s so out of touch it’s ludicrous. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t allow me to log in… *2024-09-25, version 4* Since last December I’ve been a member of Historic Houses… and since then, I’ve been trying to use the app. This app is useless though. I can’t log into my account, being told that either my email address or my password is wrong. It wouldn’t allow me then to reset my password. I’ve given the app several times the chance over the last nine months, hoping that it would improve. Unfortunately not the case. This was then changed to view your membership pass only on. That was ok until you come to renewal and there is no option to amend or update your membership card details. … why doesn’t this update automatically if it’s connected to your account? Deleting the app and trying to reset it doesn’t work either as the app thinks the membership card is still logged to another device… no it’s the same one. Email sent to the membership team to try sort, but it shouldn’t be so hard. … an update to the app to improve things would be far better along with adding the ability to add to card wallet for use on Apple Watch would be even better. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-05-24, version 4* Useless app from start! I have joint membership and my husband’s app says my name because he typed my number in. So I said “don’t worry just log out and I’ll fix it. Oh no. Apparently not.
