The only good thing about this app is that it has almost 0 ads. You can’t even learn much because you have to pay 1.99 to unlock one time period. But for some weird reason, the Middle Ages is 0.99. It’s not as exiting as it looks. You have to pay to even have access to anything. Next the opening screen is ridiculous. It is full of spelling and grammatical errors. "Here you have and amazing world civilitzation game..." and that's just the opening sentence. If I am going to purchase a game to teach my kids history, I feel that the app developers should at least have a grasp on the English language, which is apparent that they do not. I'm glad they did this way so you can check it out before buying. I will not be buying this app because after going through the free version I noticed LOTS of typos- spelling and grammatical errors that could be really confusing and distracting for my child. If you fix those and actually make the writing sound like someone who speaks the native language wrote it, then I would consider purchasing it, because it's a cute app otherwise. ### 4/5 — Awesome *2016-05-16, version 1.3* This is one of the most interesting game on my phone. It is great education game. I think graphic is awesome. I can use it in anywhere or anytime i want. I will recommend it to all my friends and my family member. ### 1/5 — This really is for older kids *2016-04-07, version 1.2* First, there are a lot of grammatical errors so if your kid is reading this on their own they will be reading something that is riddled with errors. You do have to pay to play, which we did, but we really shouldn't have. It does say it's for kids 9-11 because you need to read everything. It's not much fun and you just read facts and then get quizzed later. That's the game or as much as we got through. My kid is 5 and I did like reading all the facts to her but the grammatical errors were annoying and this is not very interactive. I don't think older kids would like this either since it's just facts with cute pictures. ### 3/5 — Great app, terrible spelling and grammar *2016-02-27, version 1.2* I love this, it's really engaging in a fun way and somebody has really put a lot of effort in. However, I can't give it the 5 stars that I would have liked to as there are soooo many spelling and grammatical errors. Then after you’ve purchased, you realize that you were duped and it’s too late. I don’t have a four-year-old, but it is definitely not for four year olds. On each character photo that you click on it has one small paragraph if you’re lucky — sometimes it’s just a sentence. No videos or fun games. They aren’t really teaching history!
