## What is HIT Athlete?

The HIT app enables you to optimise your performance and prioritise your safety. Scientifically validated and backed by professional athletes, it makes monitoring head impacts easy. 

* Track G-force impacts measured by the HIT device (sold separately) - attach a HIT device to your helmet and keep track of the impacts you receive during activities
* Risk indicator - show your accumulated impacts over the last 48 hours. Use this information to optimise your training.
* Track twisting and shearing forces in addition to impact G-force
* Automatic crash detection with SMS notification to emergency contacts
* View impacts by severity and location - view a map of your activity to see when and where impacts took place
* Share your data with up to three others - enable coaches or family members to see your activities
* Find a lost HIT device - with 'last known location' 
* Explore and export all your data via the web portal
