I feel these programs are huge to your fitness improvement, if someone wants to get better at golf, I recommend the program. I have been doing the programs for six months and have lost weight and increased strength and flexibility. I am continuing on with it the program and looking forward seeing tremendous results over the next six months.

Use this program for myself (60 Yrs adult male) and for my 15 year old son whom two years ago suffered an AVM Stroke / He lost his feeling in both his left leg and left arm and went through a six week hospitalization and intensive rehab / While he’s not @ 100% he endeavors and likes the workouts as well the  exercises from the new book. We are grateful and perhaps maybe a one day bootcamp at your facility? Great work Team

Having not touched a golf club for 40 years, I went back to the game again at age 75. For two years I got excellent instruction and spent 90% of my time practicing. But, even though I always worked out, my very modest strength did not translate to the golf course. Two months ago I found Hit It Great and began working along with the videos. Almost instant improvements in every area, and I’ve knocked 5-10 strokes off my score.  Now low 80s. I am amazed and, as you can imagine, very grateful. Kudos to Coach Joey D and his outstanding coaches!
