Thank you for trying the app and for taking the time to leave your feedback. I understand why it can sometimes feel like games are “rigged,” especially after an unlucky streak. In fact, one of the main reasons I created this app was to provide transparency and demonstrate that the game does not manipulate outcomes during play. The game uses a provably fair system. Before each game begins, the entire deck order is mathematically determined from cryptographic keys and cannot be changed while you’re playing. After the game ends, you can verify the result yourself using the verification tools built into the app. This allows anyone to confirm that the deck order remained exactly the same from start to finish. The only information that isn’t revealed before the game is the complete server seed. If it were, every player would know the exact order of the cards in advance, making the game unfair. Once the game is over, however, the information provided allows you to verify that no cards were reordered or manipulated to make you lose. It’s also important to remember that games of chance naturally involve both winning and losing. As players, we often remember losing streaks more vividly than winning ones, which can make random outcomes feel unfair even when they are mathematically random. Sometimes you’ll have good luck, and sometimes you won’t—that’s simply how probability works. Hi! thanks for playing and for the feedback! Our game is completely fair and unaltered — we use a verifiable probabilistic shuffle with a public seed key so anyone can check the randomness. The higher loss rate you see is exactly what blackjack math produces in the long run. Even with perfect basic strategy, the house has a small built-in edge (dealer acts last, you bust first, etc.). Most players deviate from optimal play, which widens that edge further. That's why losses outnumber wins overall — it's normal blackjack behavior, not rigging. We show these real global stats openly because most apps hide them. The numbers simply reflect how the house always wins in the end when the game is fair. If you follow basic strategy charts, you'll minimize the edge as much as possible.
