Stop it pay attention the app doesnt work at all it cannot connect although its on the same wifi and i dont see the option to add skill to echo dot alexa because your app is crap. It doesnt even reorient itself so you have to slide turn your phone sideways its just a mess. Do you not care anymore about your customers who are probably using tvs more than ever now hoping they didn’t just buy a not so smart tv from Hitachi .. get your heads out of you assess even if corona virus you should have very intelligent stay at home computer wizards to help you fix something so critical to the functionality of the iot and keeps you hitachi as a competitor in this market. After this experience i want to return your no so smart tv and get one that might work more seamless with alexa or even google home. Now, I have a large smartvue sign right across my tv screen. I’ve tried everything, I have unlinked it you would think it went onto your phone. And the actual app is well designed.
