В целом неплохой менеджер задач. Работаем с ним с 2015 г. Но в какой-то момент они перестали развиваться. В этом году отвалилась синхронизация с Гугл и Эппл календарями. Поддержка вялая, некто Роман сначала кормил завтраками, а потом сказал что типа мы сообщим когда решим проблему. А когда решит и решит ли вообще - непонятно. Не очень мне это нравится за 300 то баксов в год.

I just got Hitask last week. It’s features seem to fit my needs better than any other Task Management app that I have tried (and I have tried many). Today, I got this message at 3:55am: "Oops! There is a service error. Try again in a few minutes." I thought that maybe they were down for routine maintenance during the “wee” hours of the morning. So I went back to bed. Now it is 8:19am and I am getting the same message. I went to Chat Support to find out when service would be restored. I saw this message: “Looks like some services are not working.” I recognize that sometimes “snafus” can happen with technology. I would just like some clear communication on when to expect resumption of service, so that I know how to adjust my plans. 

I hope this is not a regular pattern of performance because, no matter how great the features are, an app that does not work reliably is of little use to anyone and a waste of customer’s time and money.

I wonder if customer service will give me the courtesy of a response.

We purchased the year subscription to use this as a job scheduling platform.  We have had multiple issues with sync errors and error messages when trying to add or move tasks.  Tech support has only responded to my concern once and has yet to solve the issue.

Much better than the web based version — which is fast, but clunky and a little glitchy (description field doesn’t play well with Google sheet urls).

Still looking for an alternative. Not that happy. Stuck with it for now because our team uses it.

Oh and if you call to cancel make sure you document it. Because they will lie and keep billing you as they did with me. We moved to Producteev since it’s so much better. Apparently they didn’t like that. Bad way to attempt to retain customers.

I’ve had this app for over a year and have had barely any hiccups until recently. Hitask changed from a monthly to a yearly subscription. I Paid my yearly sub riot ion of $300 yet they still charged $50 monthly as well. That was last month. This month they canceled my service without notice and want me to pay the yearly subscription again. I tried to get a hold of them and it’s impossible. No phone number, no email support, not even their AI/chat responds back.

I love the functionality of the app but it is not consistently online. All of my data has been blank for almost 38 hours. Even though I like it, if I can’t use it, it is worthless

They have no customer service phone or email and they keep charging my account after I deleted it. Are you kidding me!?!? I will not stop until I get my money back. Months of stealing my money you PIGS.

I use this app for my business pay over $600 a year, entries now disappearing after I enter them, Roman from support won’t reply. I suggest apple remove this app if they don’t fix it

Stay away from this app. They will take your money and provide no support, the app is not syncing correctly with the web based app which creates a lot of mistakes. When you reach out they either ignore you or tell there is nothing wrong with their system...

My law firm has been using HiTask for over a year. In June 2018 the sync with my Google calendar became disabled. I have repeatedly asked customer support for assistance fixing this and it has never been resolved. I was able to live with that issue until this past month when I tried to add my new associate to our team and was unable to do so, which meant I could not assign tasks to him. Again the issue was never resolved with Roman at customer support.

I asked for a pro rated refund as I could not continue to use the app for my business and rather than accommodate a long time customer, Roman decided to hide behind the non refundable provision of the service agreement. Obviously as an attorney I know what that means, but it doesn’t mean that it is the right thing to do. Very disappointed in the issues we had with the app and the lack of customer support.

I have 10,000 pages of journals to task! Involving specialized operating systems and all sorts of “Ing” systems and automotives sector and aerospace and such. Maybe we can discuss opening up a public market to task the 78,000 groups you have with my planning? I don’t see how to do that yet, or task the taskers?

Was looking for a nice and simple way to share a calendar and to do list with employees in my small security business. Hitask is exactly what I needed. It’s not overdressed with distracting graphics and sub categories with sub tabs of hidden sub categories with 8 different sub accounts linking to email cartoers with multiple passwords. Enough of that. If you want simplicity. Hitask.

I use this app to manage my own goals and objectives as well as all of my staff. It keeps all of us on a tight schedule and allows us to effectively communicate even when we are not physically in the office together. This app has streamlined the process and took our team from “forgetful” to “reliable”. Great product!
