My favorite feature is the budget tracker - you can easily add vendors that you didn’t book on the app with the costs. It’s great for contacts and keeping track. I’ve now 22 months to go!!!! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time. *2022-01-21* This site is so full of bugs and lacking basic functionality, you’ll end up doing everything twice. For example, when you select your wedding venue, it will automatically add a location based on the postcode. If you are in London, there are several areas with different postcodes and it will add that to your wedding site in the format “London, West - West London”. This is basically useless as you still need to add the full address anyway, it makes it look bad and you cannot remove this. When your guests start to RSVP, it gives them menu options, but at no point in the set up can you choose this, and it doesn’t even warm you this will happen. I now have various guests thinking they have ordered lamb, fish or whatever, but we will not be offering those as options so I now have to contact everyone and tell them they’ll be getting something else. I also set a question around dietary restrictions in the questionnaire section (as suggested by Hitched), but the results you get only tells you the number of people who selected vegetarian etc. - it doesn’t tell you who actually made the selection. What is the point of that? We signed up to Hitched as we thought it would be an easy way to handle guest list and RSVP, but as I now have to contact everyone directly, it’s a complete waste of time and makes us look disorganised. Avoid. ### 2/5 — Difficult *2026-06-06, version 9.24.0* Paid for my website for highest package but so difficult to navigate!! No customer service help! ### 3/5 — AI would be helpful for this App- I’m addicted still. *2024-01-09* Really helpful but too many options. Using it two years and mainly use it to search things rather than any of its functions. The functions such as the ‘budget’ aren’t helpful as it is a laborious task to enter every little detail yourself. I would much rather tell it my overall budget and then it tells me the % for each category such as florist, entertainment etc. A step further is it creates an interactive spreadsheet that allows me to keep track of everything. I’m a teacher so anything in traffic light colour coding helps (red= pay, yellow=ongoing green=paid). I would like it to link better with local suppliers when searching within miles of the venue chosen (it might already do this but I haven’t got that far). It’s handy to message suppliers in large quantities to get quotes mainly. Simplified and with AI, I would give it 5 stars. **Developer response:** Hey! Thank you for your in-depth feedback, we love to hear from our users and look at ways we can improve and support couples with their wedding planning journey 💜 ### 3/5 — Ridiculous flaws - keeps signing out *2022-09-22* The purpose of the app itself is brilliant for wedding planning and has been a massive help guiding us on the journey. However, some features are godawful. For one, it keeps signing me out of my account, like up to twice a day, it’s ridiculous. Second, there’s no option to delete or edit a post when you post in the forum (which is constantly spammed by people trying to sell you love potions). Third, the back button feature literally takes you back one page at a time as opposed to closing down a “branch.” The last one is harder to explain verbally but it’s a frustrating feature nevertheless and completely ruins the experience of using the app. Gets three stars because it does help you actually progress towards wedding planning. Otherwise app itself is a 1 or a 2 if I’m feeling generous. ### 3/5 — Great, not perfect. No non-binary options. *2020-01-13* We found this app to be very useful particularly in the beginning stages for planning and also when dealing with guest rsvp, table layout, etc. The integrated wedding website also meant everything we needed was in one place.
