App-users can also make payments via the smart platform via Debit/Credit Card, Apple as well as keeping up to date with H&G’s latest products and offers. On the day, you can track the technician in real time on google map, with estimated time of arrival you can also see who is coming at your home and can contact on their Whatsapp or phone via the app for any adjustments. On job completion your feedback can be provided right away based on service quality. For any estimate any technician can survey and raise the quote straightaway through technician Mobile App which you can receive and pay via Customer App in real time.

The smart technology platform app, which is the first of its kind in the region in home maintenance industry, will enable home owners and tenants alike to follow the progress of their home maintenance service requests from reporting the issue to booking a suitable appointment, tracking the exact arrival time of the technician live on google maps and the order and with online approval for cost of materials required to complete their home repair through to job completion.
