It lacks flexibility, particularly in negotiating prices, which makes certain deals less attractive. Furthermore, the absence of customer service through chat or a fast communication method is a major drawback, as responses to emails typically take up to 24 hours. Even then, the support provided is often unhelpful and fails to offer meaningful assistance. Additionally, users must proactively request a deposit for the traveller’s reward, as it is not issued automatically. The app also suffers from frequent crashes and notification issues. Given these factors, along with the emergence of new competitors like “Hykerz,” which offer greater flexibility and more responsive customer service, it is likely that this app may struggle to retain its user base unless significant improvements are made. ### 1/5 — Very risky *2024-08-30* If you are a traveler you are automatically accused of doing something wrong and no support. Your money can be lost and they play games by paying you in Egyptian pounds and charging shoppers dollars. Very disrespectful in their emails and are not willing to help you, and if you complain they kick you out. If you are a shopper your items can be lost and as usual no support. It maybe a good idea but the people running it have a very low IQ and should be selling koshary under a bridge. نصابين وحراميه سرقين مني فلوس ومش عايزين يودعوها في حسابي. بلاش الناس دي. ولاد شرموطه. ### 1/5 — Terrible company *2024-08-04* I have used this app before and it was amazing from start to end. This recent trip was just horrible. It’s been over 2 month and still not paid, first they waited till I emailed them asking for my payment to say I need an Egyptian bank account cuz portion of the money need to be in Egyptian pound which is none since if I’m not Egyptian and don’t have an account that’s it u don’t get paid. I found someone I trust that I can use their account and still nothing. I emailed them several times asking why isn’t at least the portion that’s going to my American account processed, no answer. I emailed again requesting information still no response. When requesting the money, I found nothing but slyness. I do not advise anyone to fall into their scam trap. ### 1/5 — Unsafe app *2023-12-26, version 2.17* I totally understand that I’ve received the product but you have to understand that a scam happened to me, he took my valid products and replaced them with a blocked ones by Amazon, what’s your action to stop that and to compensate me for this big scam, I’ve been using your app since a very long time and because of your no action it would happen again to me and to others, waiting your support and action. ### 1/5 — Payout issue *2023-11-21* As a shopper, the minute I completed the delivery of last shipment in my trip they sent me an email advising that due difficulties in transferring foreign currency in Egypt they will send the payout in Egyptian pounds which should been communicated before me accepting any deal. I replied that I already my payout method is Bank of America and it should be fine, they said that since they collected the deals in EGP they will transfer EGP which is not true, I call some shoppers and they al confirmed that transactions were in USD. I don't know if they are trying to sell the USD they collected in the black market and give the shoppers local currency that's a "SCAM". ### 1/5 — SECAMMERS *2023-06-25, version 2.17* The traveler disappeared, I made the claim and they told me that my products were in the wrong category. I reached out to customer support, and they refused to reinstate my account. I don’t recommend this to anyone. The guy's literally said to put in the Delivery address the front desk, now it seems like he decide to keep my shoes. Hitchhiker did nothing to help. Kept saying terms and conditions state that it has to be delivered and signed to the traveler in person. Stupid terms and conditions, if 90% of the clients would be staying at hotels, then most likely the front desk will sign on their behalf. They were no help at all, lost alot of money from my first dealing. The communication is easy and the process is smooth, I have completed more than 4 trips to deliver items. HOWEVER this most recent trip I have completed weeks ago and the company has still not paid me. I have submitted several support requests with no response.
