It just keeps going back to the sign-in page. Shame, but HitPay is still very good. However, I have tried to reach out to customer support and suggested for them to include the ability to enter the customer name into the receipt but the important suggestion has yet to be implemented. There is no point for a receipt if there’s no way to specify who the payer is. Hope the app development team can take note of this. Thank you ### 1/5 — Scammers, stealing the money!! *2023-05-02, version 3.1.7* I made a registration on HitPay and connected HitPay to my Shopify web, passed all registration proses, HitPay approved all documents and payment methods start to work. Some costumer purchased my item and made a transaction. Money “fell” into HitPay account. Transaction was made April 5, 2023. Now it’s May 2, 2023. But I can not do payout and get my money to my real bank account. I texted HitPay many times, but nobody answered me. And it’s already more than 3 weeks HitPay ignores me and doesn’t do payout transaction, doesn’t answer to my messages. So my money stuck at HitPay account. I had to ask for anti fraud system as my first invoice was a fraud. They told me that everything was under control. I bought them a card reader. I start to use it. The day after they blocked my account. Withdraw money from my bank account and start to refund all the transactions made by my clients. Saying that they were fraud. I now have to contact each client back and ask them to resend the funds through another app. Avoid hit pay. It’s the worst I have ever seen. Never disappoints, no downtime. Easy to use and has multiple add on functions (sync with Shopify) that are extremely useful especially for business owners. Truly efficient as transactions are completed within seconds as compared to our previous payment method (mobile card reader dongle) which took up to a minute or sometimes even longer due to errors!
