## What is HitQuiz?

HitQuiz is the party music game for groups of 2–12 players. One host plays songs directly in the app and everyone shouts out the artist, song title, and release year. The host marks who got it right — no phone-passing, no waiting, just music and chaos.

HOW IT WORKS
The host taps play — a song clip plays right in the app.
Everyone shouts the artist name, title, and their best year guess.
The host CAN participate and taps who got each part right.
Scores update and the next round begins!

SCORING
Artist correct — 1 point
Song title correct — 1 point
Artist + Title together — 3 points!
Closest year guess in the group — 1 point
Final round: Double points for everyone.

RANDOM DUELS
About 1 in 4 rounds triggers a special twist:
Duel — two players go head to head in a category that is revealed to the duelist. Most points wins +3. Tie = +1 each.
