## What is Hitta?

Hitta lets you rediscover the world with a map in your hand! Find checkpoints and do detours that are marked on a map, race against others and discover the most beautiful places in your area.

Hitta has a large number of checkpoints and detours in the app that you can find while walking or running. A GPS check verifies whether you are following the correct route and whether you can claim the checkpoints.

Compare your time on a loop with that of others or collect as many capture the flag points as possible by finding a checkpoint last.

Use Hitta for a fantastic journey where you are challenged to take the shortest route!

In this new update of HITTA there are several novelties:
- As a user you can see your progress in HITTA and you will see a progress bar per province and per partner. If you want to 'finish' HITTA, you can track your progress from now on! (And earn badges when beating a region or partner).
- We added a legend to the map so that you can see an explanation of the HITTA symbols.
- We've merged pro and casual leaderboards into routes. Turning your location on and off is now a regular option.
