All app content is accessible without Internet access but can only be installed and updated when the device is connected to the internet. AETC Care Tools is a project of the National AETC Support Center (NASC, formerly AETC National Coordinating Resource Center) and funded by the HIV/AIDS Bureau (HAB) of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Support was provided under grant number U10HA49824 awarded to the François‐Xavier Bagnoud Center, Rutgers University School of Nursing.
