I typed in my 4 digit code from my company, which was recognised, then it asks me for employee number and surname, then tells me it’s invalid? I’ve re-checked my  employee number and it’s correct, my surname is definitely correct, I’ve tried upper and lower case and with just one capital at the beginning? DOES NOT WORK.

The app is useful for viewing payslips from work easily but the app itself is quite buggy. For example, when you go on live chat and try to exit there is a very long response time before it will back out of the chat. In addition, regarding those complaining about the “pin” I believe your employer should have given you one if you were asked by them to download this app. Lastly, registering for an account on this platform requires you to be one day away from getting your payslip at the minimum as I was told by customer service.

Having recently moved into my first apartment. I furnished it almost exclusively with the companies that feature in the discounts section!!

I also really like being able to have a view of my pension and it’s perfirmance!
