## What is Hive Gather?

Hive Gather is the simplest way for a group of friends to plan something together and actually show up.

Create a private group, invite your friends with a code, and start planning. Pick a date, get RSVPs, settle the details with a quick poll, split up who brings what, drop a pin on where to meet, and keep the chatter in one place. When the plan is set, add it to your calendar in a tap.

Hive Gather is private by design. There are no public feeds, no follower counts, and no ads. Your group only sees what you share with it — and when you invite someone to a single event as a guest, they see only that event, never the rest of your group.

• Hosts can turn on a live map per event
• Choose to share your location and find each other - visible only to the event's attendees
• Live mode keeps your position updating while the app is in the background

- Profile photos: add a pic so friends spot you at a glance
- Nudge: give people who haven't RSVP'd yet a friendly poke
- Find a time that works for everyone: run an availability poll and see when the most people can make it
- Settle up: split what things cost and see who owes who, no awkward math
