Use it on my iPhone, iPad and a windows based laptop and rarely have any issues. The software was built by an inspector, for inspectors. When there is an issue it is resolved very quickly because you actually talk to a human rather than an AI bubble. Any issues I’ve had were typically resolved before I end the session. When needed, the Hive team will actually get on a video call with you to help resolve issues.
