The hardware always freezes, looses connection, or gets stuck for days updating. The app is low effort and cheap. Do not buy this system. Also the ability to enter a code downstairs to get into your home means you can come and go with no phone and no keys which is amazing for going for a run we’re going out to play sports. OR you can give the code to a friend who can get in while you are busy or unavailable.
