It just won’t connect to the servers. I am BBC starting to feel like this was a waste of $6000 ### 1/5 — Difficult *2020-02-15* Difficult to work with. Vertical graph scale varies daily. Reported power use does not change with date. No kWh rate cost input for consumption calculations. Can’t make sense of the error message that popped up when trying to recover the password/user name details. Couldn’t delete and re-register either. The older version was perfect and needed no change. So disappointed. ### 1/5 — Horrible UI upgrade *2024-10-22* Wow, this is a bad upgrade. UI is terrible, tiny actually with whoever did this did not consult accessibility for elderly user or even users with good eyesight! The graphs mean nothing now and no logic to what you are looking for. Poor ### 1/5 — Current UI issues *2024-10-19* The new UI is horrible. The only way I can see any discernible visual detail regarding what my system is doing is by looking through the small detail on the screen. A MASSIVE reduction in font size and use of an oblique image of a home has lead to a significant decrease in quick access to system information and when to turn on an electric vehicle charger. I set it up correctly with serial number and wi-fi, it worked for a while then stopped. The battery occasionally resets itself so if that means I have to reconnect each time that would make a very poor app ### 1/5 — DOESN'T WORK *2020-10-30* Those who have given the app a one star rating speak to my experience. The app worked initially, but required to be reset for a new inverter. Since then it’s not worked. The WiFi set up instructions are confusing (and I’m technically competent!). The sign in process takes forever - or says "invalid user". Provides up to date real-time information on my current system and with a vert day setup.
