Sure you could get it all back in commissions but until you get through all the expensive packages that can unexpectedly show up, you don’t have access to your remaining balance to get out with. I’m in for 1300 right now that I have no way of paying at the moment ### 1/5 — Calling me repeatedly *2024-08-12, version 2.7.6* I received multiple calls after downloading this app from a hover rep. They have been asked not to call and my team has received multiple after this. No notifications for emails. Doesn’t have features any basic email app has. Considering how much we’re paying them every month, this is unacceptable. In der einen Mail bekommt man grundsätzlich die geschlossenen Mails angezeigt. Man sieht nicht mehr auf Anhieb in welchem Postfach wie viele Mails auf sind, muss sich dementsprechend durchklicken. Absoluter Rückschlag zur ersten Version. Ich bin enttäuscht ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2020-03-17, version 1.3.12* Can’t login, the old app albeit terrible does at least work. ### 2/5 — Sends emails from wrong email address *2025-09-15* After a year, it still has this same infuriating bug that makes it almost unusable. I send a reply from a shared email address, but the Hiver app instead sends it from my individual email address, with no name attached to it, just the email address. So irritating. ### 2/5 — Lacks functionality *2024-08-23* I honestly don’t get the point. You can only perform hiver tasks, but you can’t delete or archive emails. So I’m constantly switching between this app and gmail depending on the task required. And you can’t know the task required until you’ve read the email, so it’s a gamble as to which app to open in the first place. I was really hoping for an app where our business emails could be separate from our personal and we would be able to perform the basic functions you would expect of an app that includes your emails. ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Hiver app ratings on prod app *2023-12-19* Hiver is best ### 5/5 — A must have for Teams using Gmail! *2020-03-12* This app is a must have for teams using Gmail the capability to have a shared inbox and labels has been awesome. This app enhances the ability to have mobile access to the shared inboxes. ### 4/5 — Come a long way *2022-01-11, version 1.17.0* The app has come a long way since my previous review. Much more reliable now, finally we can forward emails as of a week ago. Great improvements. ### 3/5 — Okay to iPhone, no IPad version *2025-01-24* Just getting started using Hiver and trying out the mobile features since I do a lot of work on the go. The iPhone app is decent. Works well for the Hiver features and notifications. But does NOT work well for your primary Gmail inbox. There is no ability to archive, move, or trash messages in your inbox. Only move them to Shared Hiver folders. Which is fine for some items but obviously not for everything in your inbox. So you have to switch between using the Gmail app for your primary inbox and then the Hiver app for Hiver related things. It’s annoying. There is also NO iPad app. It’s just the iPhone app. Obviously that’s not great. But at the very least, they should make the iPhone app version on iPad work in Slideover. Then at least I could put it to the side while working with the gmail webpage or something. ### 3/5 — Mobile is less than desirable *2024-02-08* Notes do not work at all.
