Είμαι πελάτισσα της HiWell και γενικά είχα μια καλή εμπειρία από την πλατφόρμα, όμως νιώθω απογοήτευση από μια πολιτική που θεωρώ άδικη τόσο για τους θεραπευτές όσο και για εμάς τους πελάτες.

Η ψυχοθεραπεύτριά μου, με την οποία έχω χτίσει σχέση εμπιστοσύνης και θεραπευτικής προόδου, σταματά να συνεργάζεται με τη HiWell, και μου ειπώθηκε πως δεν επιτρέπεται να συνεχίσουμε τη θεραπεία εκτός της πλατφόρμας.

Αυτή η πολιτική περιορίζει το δικαίωμα επιλογής μου ως πελάτισσας και στερεί από τους θεραπευτές την ελευθερία να συνεχίσουν με ανθρώπους που ήδη βοηθούν.

Θα ήθελα πολύ η HiWell να επανεξετάσει αυτή την πρακτική και να επιτρέψει στους θεραπευτές και στους πελάτες να συνεχίσουν εκτός πλατφόρμας, εφόσον υπάρχει κοινή συναίνεση. Αυτό θα έδειχνε σεβασμό στις ανθρώπινες σχέσεις και στην ψυχοθεραπευτική δεοντολογία.

Ελπίζω η εταιρεία να δείξει κατανόηση και να κάνει τις ανάλογες αλλαγές.

Denildiği gibi alanında pek uzman yetkili bir psikologla tanışamadım, biri seansta sürekli esner avam ağzıyla konuşur oki falan der biri ghostlar cevap atmaz mesajlara randevu oluşturmak için günlerce beklemede bırakır ve daha bir çok kötü deneyim.. heltia iyi gençler ordan devam

İlk defa kullanan birisi olarak uygulamayı çok başarılı buldum fakat daha sonra seanslar almaya başlayınca malesef işler değişti. 

Öncelikle standart ücret ödeyerek aldığınız seanslarda sizi yeni mezun tecrübesiz psikologlara otomatik olarak atıyor ve psikoloğununuzu seçemiyorsunuz bile. 

Tecrübeli ve başarılı psikologlarla görüşmek için sizi Plus üyeliğe yönlendiriyor. Daha fazla para verip Plus Üyeliğe geçtiğimde ise daha ilk görüşmede Psikolog Ezgi Yürük ün araba sürerken benimle  görüntülü görüştüğünü fark ettiğimde bir anda bunun komik bir Instagram videosu olduğunu düşündüm. Fakat hiç de komik değildi ve gerçekti. Ön görüşme olduğu için çok dikkate almadım bu saygisizliğı ve devam ettim. 

Daha sonraki görüşmelerde ise danışmanım haftalık görüşmemizi 3 defa son dakika iptal etti. Burada da ciddi bir amatörlük ve saygısızlıkla karşılaştım. 

Son olarak bir seansta ben de haftalık görüşmemizi son gün erteledim iptal ettim. Baktım ki ben iptal etsem de benden seans parasını alıyorlarmış. Kural böyleymiş. 

Bu kadar amatörlük ve saygısızlığın üzerine böyle bir haksızlığı da görünce içerideki paramı da almadan tüm seanslarımı iptal ettim ve programı şu anda telefonumdan da siliyorum. İnsanlara psikolojik destek vermek destek olmak amacıyla kurulan bir platformun bu duruma gelmesi gerçekten çok üzücü.

Sizin ucretini odeyip aldiginiz seanslari size soylemeden bir bahaneyle iptal edip iadesini de asla yapmiyorlar. Sacmalik!

**Developer response:** Merhaba, sözleşme gereğince satın aldığınız seanslar 1 yıl içerisinde kullanılmalıdır. Satın alım tarihinizden sonra 1 yıl geçen seans hakları ne yazık ki yanmaktadır. Bu noktada tarafınıza seans hakkınızın süresi dolmadan 1 ay önce mail atılarak bilgilendirme sağlanmaktadır. Bu durum dışında seanslarınızın yanması gibi bir durum söz konusu olmamaktadır. Güzel günler dileriz.

Birkaç kere kısa vadeli terapi deneyimim oldu. Terapinin ne olduğunu tam olarak bilmeyerek giriştim ama uzmanı vardır o yönlendirir demiştim. Bu dışında birkaç uygulama daha denedim ama uygulama ve danışmanımdan aşırı memnunum. Kesinlikle rakiplerinden önde. Tavsiye ederim

Sabah akşam indirim kodu bildirimi geliyor. Zaten hazırda 9-10 seansım var kodu da kullandım. Napayım 100 seansım mı olsun. Asla bitmiyor bazen günde 3-4 bildirim geliyor. 

Bildirimleri kapatamıyoruz da seanslarda lazım oluyor. 

Çözüm bulunması lazım.

Uygulamadan cok memnunum ancak kampanya adi altinda haftada 10larca bildirim atiliyor. Buraya dusuk yildiz vermeden once Hiwell support takimina ulastim ancak uygulama icinden sadece kampanya bildirimlerinin kapatilma imkani olmadigini dogruladilar. Tum bildirimleri kapattiginizda da seans bildirimleri kacacagi icin tam bir stress kaynagi haline geldi. Yine de elim bir yildiz vermeye gitmedi cunku terapistimden memnunum.
