I love the app and the attention to detail coach Xavier gives to my fitness goals. The app keeps me motivated by being able to track my weight, giving me workout sessions and being able to track my water intake and nutrition. It’s an easy interface to navigate and coach Xavier responds within 24 hours to any question I have. There are fitness plans in there for every fitness level as well! I recommend to anyone serious about reaching their fitness goals.

I’ve been with Xavier for over 2 years now, I’ve done all kinds of different training with him: weight lifting, cardio, kickboxing, mental fortitude, fasting, full body workouts, hybrid workouts, etc… and I gotta say all of them were absolutely amazing. He explains each exercise, the form, the reason behind doing it a certain way and his knowledge in this subject and all things health and fitness is beyond impressive. Xavier is great coach and mentor to have in and out the gym.
