Either discontinue this application and let us use the Alexa app or fix it because I am now out hundreds of bucks on something that should be working! I downloaded the HK Alexa Setup App and when I gave allowance for network and location the app still says my phone doesn’t enable WiFi which I clearly do as I was able to search the web. I redownloaded it multiple times but get the same results. If you’re HBO g problems connecting the speaker to WiFi to the speaker using the App, you’ll simply need to reset by using a small pin to press the button next to where the power plug is inserted into the device. The scathing reviews seemed justified. And then, I decided to put my engineering skills to work (I am a lawyer) and bent the plug prong. I plugged it in and it made a terrible crackling sound and powered up. If you can get it to work and power up, setup Is easy and the thing sounds amazing. It’s actually beautiful too. It looks like the folks at Harmon Kardon / Alexa read the reviews (which I originally gave them one star for and now five), and fixed the problem with other reviewers connecting their Harmon Kardon Astra speaker.
