A total waste of time.  No idea why this business would have a rubbish app like this.  Don’t bother to download and waste your time

Failed to register although I was already a member for YEARS now. Your incompetent staff told me in Cantonese: “oh, got it, will let them know,” without leaving a reference number or whatsoever

We’ll see if I can start accruing points, I buy from you all the time.

The app SAYS English support, but it isn’t/does not. Your app might support multi-language functionality, but whomever is managing has never done the translations or set it up to work properly. I figured it out, but needed to screen-capture & use Google Translate.

Looking forward to getting points for my purchases, but the app is glaringly incomplete for those who don’t read TC.
