I am seriously thinking of changing my security set up if this is not sorted in the near future. ### 1/5 — Connection error *2024-07-27, version 1.0.5* Update: 27 July 2024 - sorry to say these issues still remain in the evening and morning. It’s as if your servers can’t cope with people setting / unsetting alarms. Please revisit. Only updates on service status was via their LinkedIn page. Very poor communication. Will be seeking alternative service soon when contract is renewed. I’m paying for this and the app doesn’t deliver. Notifications(if I get one) can come 10 mins late. Not very helpful if the alarm goes off and someone is breaking in!
