## What is HKL Waiter?

HKL Waiter is the table-side ordering companion for restaurants, cafes and hotels running on HisabKarLay. Your floor staff take orders at the table on their iPhone, the kitchen gets its ticket in seconds, and the bill is ready the moment the guest asks for it.

TABLE-SIDE ORDERING
• Take the full order standing at the table — no paper slips, no walking back to a terminal
• Search the menu instantly and add items with a tap
• Assign one or more tables to a single order for larger parties
• Add a note so the kitchen gets it right the first time

KITCHEN ORDER TICKETS (KOT)
• Send the order to the kitchen as soon as it's confirmed
• Print the KOT and the customer bill separately from the same order
• Keep the floor and the kitchen working from the same list

OPEN TABS & LINE ORDERS
• Suspend an order to keep a table's tab running
