## What is HKUST EV?

The official HKUST EV Charging app gives staff and authorized users a fast, secure way to manage electric vehicle charging on campus.
Scan, charge, and pay — all from your device.

Key features:

* QR-code charging — Start a charging session by scanning the charger's QR code; stop, retry, or cancel right from the app.
* Live session monitoring — Track your active session in real time from the home dashboard.
* Session history — Review past charging sessions and energy usage at a glance.
* Payments & statements — Manage payment methods and view or download monthly statements as PDFs.
* Supplementary users — Add and manage authorised drivers under your account.
* Issue reporting — Report charger faults or problems directly from the app.
* Secure sign-in — Log in with your HKUST CAS account or one-time passcode, with optional biometric unlock.

Designed exclusively for HKUST users with staff quarter licenses, supplementary users, and other authorized members of the HKUST community.
