## Most critical reviews (8 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Keeps crashing

*2024-08-29, version 1.5.2*

On I phone 15 instantly crashes running 17.6.1. Can’t get it working on any device

### 1/5 — Instant crashes

*2024-08-07, version 1.5.2*

Even in the latest version, this app keeps crashing as soon as I try to tap on a found radar device. This is true on iPhone, running it on my M2 Mac, as well as the Android version.

Any recommendations of what I can try to work around those crashes? I have a house full of presence sensors that no longer work due to some bug and I would really like to try the latest firmware, since others on the web have reported success with that strategy

Giving one star because the app is unusable. Happy to change once it works.

### 1/5 — App unusable.

*2024-07-19, version 1.5.1*

Cannot submit password as keyboard covers submit button & cannot be dismissed

### 1/5 — Do not update! Warning do not update

*2023-03-29, version 1.2.6*

Like others have mentioned after updating the app can’t detect the device but I also use it for my home assistant and device works fine.

### 1/5 — NOT DETECTING BLUETOOTH

*2023-02-14, version 1.1.0*

I have the LD2410P and LD2410C both with working Bluetooth. I can see the Bluetooth signal and using the data via Bluetooth with Home Assistant. But this app does not detect any LD2410 Bluetooth devices. I am using a iPhone 14ProMax.

### 2/5 — Useless without docs

*2025-06-29, version 1.6.9*

Connects and you can change settings however with no documentation good luck figuring out how to configure your devices to not detect fans or vacuum robots.

### 4/5 — Works

*2023-05-05, version 1.2.8*

It’s obviously a poor translation with few docs, but I had no problems connecting to my LD2410 and getting very fast, accurate feedback on motion in my hallway. Now if only I could get the UART on the sensor to work with my ESP32!

### 5/5 — Excellent App!

*2025-12-19, version 1.8.9*

A bit overwhelming at first, but once you understand the definitions it’s pretty easy to use and fine tune the radar.
