Please upgrade the apps. It is very slow (loading) to access and please simplify the apps. Quite complicated

Please lah upgrade system. Ni dah macam zaman 2g punya system. Password lupa nak tukar password pun bertahun TAC tak masuk masuk, bayar untuk whole family RM600 everymonth tp dpt apps yang macamni tak worth it langsung. Please update apps yang memudahkam Macam Company XXX. Baik takpayah ada apps kalau slow macamni, Ingatkan memudahkan untuk check polisi due date tapi lagi menyusahkan.  Very worst apps that i haved.

Why bother develop a massive multiple non functional app?

To list down every problem here making me feel like I am your IT team trying to help trouble shoot your app. 😅

Have no problem with the apps.

But how come the app email my clear text password.

Password should be hash before save to DB.
So the developer and dba wouldnt know my password. This is not secure.

I hope HLMT takes this feedback constructively , the HLMT360 app feels extremely outdated and lacks the modern features and user experience that are now considered standard. Compared to other providers like AIA, the app is far behind in terms of interface, functionality, and overall digital convenience. As a takaful customer from 2024, we expect better digital innovation and service quality. It’s time for HLMT to invest in a serious upgrade that reflects the needs and expectations of today’s users

Tak user friendly. Rupanya kena tekan icon tick baru boleh proceed bayar. Icon tick tu mengelirukan betul. Unless ko letak petak kosong untuk orang tick. Pastu dah isi detail utk payment tibe bagi link web page suruh bayar kat situ pula. Rasa macam kena scam.  Biometric login tu unnecessary.

Been used this app for about 4 years, the UI design not so interesting, not user friendly. The app performance are so bad. Paid 300++ per month. Bank make so much profit from this bussiness, but cannot spend some money to hire someone to make this app better. Now facing issue not able to login.
