## What is HM Online Coaching?

Welcome to HM Online Coaching!

This app contains all the tools you need in order to maximise your personal growth and reach your physical potential. Through hard work and a close working relationship with Harry (Head Coach), this app will supply you with everything necessary to reach your goals.

As a client, you will receive personalised workout and nutrition plans designed specifically to allow you to reach your goals. Through in-app check-ins and follow up video calls we will monitor your progress on a weekly basis, making changes as and when neccessary to ensure we are always heading in the right direction. Should your schedule, requirements, or goals change then so can your training plan. All programmes and plans are designed to work around you, your life and your commitments.

With all plans you will recieve 24/7 access to myself should you have any questions or queries you need help with. For all nutrition and dietary advice there will be a variety of options with similar macro-nutriet breakdowns, ensuring there's options available for all to enjoy.
