I get a notice that *something* has been processed but it’s almost impossible to tell which claim or info is new. ### 4/5 — Good - Needs Pre-Auth Info *2021-11-24* This is a pretty descent app for accessing your basic plan info. One thing that’s lacking and sorely missed on my part is the pre-authorization information. I need to see what pre-auths have been submitted and whether they are pending, approved, or denied. My mail is very slow and unreliable so it would be nice to check in with the app once a day to keep track. Also, if a pre-auth is denied I would like to see in the app specifically why it was denied. The generic form letter HMA mails just gives a list of all the necessary criteria with no mention of which ones were not sufficiently satisfied.
