As a long-standing, time-poor customer, this functionality was invaluable, providing me with clarity and convenience in managing my schedule. However, with the recent removal of this feature, I find it challenging to maintain the same level of efficiency I once enjoyed. Without the ability to easily schedule and know when I can expect to be served, my continued patronage may be in question.
