### 1/5 — Very poor decision to no longer allow the usage of the app to create bookings.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the app feature that allowed customers to create and schedule bookings with an updated wait time. As a long-standing, time-poor customer, this functionality was invaluable, providing me with clarity and convenience in managing my schedule.

However, with the recent removal of this feature, I find it challenging to maintain the same level of efficiency I once enjoyed. Without the ability to easily schedule and know when I can expect to be served, my continued patronage may be in question.

It was a fantastic feature while it lasted, and I hope you’ll consider reinstating it.

You force people to move to an online booking system yet can’t even book when the store is closed. Fix it.

Reservations are never honoured by the store, You could be boon online and be present on time but store person decides who he wants to work with first, they choose walk in over the app. Why bother booking online.

Why have an app and you can’t book when stores are closed.
Change it so you can book anytime!!!!

Our stores still operate on a walk-in basis, we have introduced the app to allow our customers to check in and reserve a place in the queue without having to come into the shop.  As soon as the shop is open you are able to check in.

It’s an easy system to understand.  
Barbers have explained to me that it is a queuing system and not a booking one. 
So having the ability to see who’s working. Location and wait time from
Home is Extremely handy

This app makes life easy. Very convenient and easy to use. I’ve been in Cannot Hill Barbershop and it was Amazing!!! Very friendly and attentive staff, I’ve got a beautiful cut and will be Regular there!!! Well done!!! Very Good Service 🤩

Makes timing my day so much easier when I can see how long the wait time is! As men we rarely stick to bookings so I think this is the next best thing! Thanks HMB for making life that little bit easier!!
