The dr didn’t join until about 45 minutes later. I was logged in 15 minutes early because those were the instructions. I waited an hour before I spoke to the doctor. After being at urgent care twice with no results, I was getting more sick with no available medication. A coworker recommended this app and I made an immediate appointment and received great care and access to much needed antibiotics! The representative was very helpful with letting me know how to add an account from the app and they were able to get me an appointment within the hour!!! The app took my history and the doctor reviewed it with me during my visit. The virtual connection was clear and the doctor was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Following the call I received a message from HMH 24/7 with a visit summary and an alert of what pharmacy script was sent. Very convenient process and I feel I’m on my way to feeling better already 🤧😷 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-06-13, version 11.25.0* They didn't help at all even though it's possible to send scheduled substances to curb my pain. The psychiatrist sent. Schedule 2 substances so they just lie to protect themselves instead of caring for the patient w ### 1/5 — Chasing prescriptions *2026-06-04, version 11.21.6* This is the third time I’ve used this service and the script is never called in a timely fashion. I spend 8 hours calling the pharmacy and reaching out to the concierge service that doesn’t response. ### 1/5 — $365 for virtual visit. Every time I try to make an appointment it says I’m out of network when I’m not (my husband is employed by HMH and we have HMH employee insurance). I was told the issue was resolved multiple times and it never was. I can’t submit the pre appointment questionnaires or use the meeting links through the app to meet with the doctors. Again, it’s been THREE MONTHS and the issue hasn’t been fixed, nor has a timeline been provided on when it will be resolved. ### 1/5 — Unnecessary and Invasive Photo Requirement *2025-01-29, version 4.208.3* App is simple to use, however, I was immediately put off by the requirement to take multiple profile photos of myself from different angles just to receive care after completing the lengthy intake process.
