The iPad versions often doesn’t work correctly and require access to a dozen sites to function. The web version for computers requires flash which everyone including adobe wants to get rid of for security issues and performance. Tried troubleshooting steps but stilL no luck. It asks me to make changes to Sam url but what I see is mdm. When I entered the hyperlink it atleast moved from the 2032 error to user name screen where now it freezes after entering user name. I’m on the verge of giving since I can’t find any help. So I go to the settings on the iPad, find the iRead app, and there is no place to “configure” the app so it works for my child. I have all the information to configure it.....but, there’s no where to do this. Very disappointing. My son did this in school and now there’s no school, I’d love for him to continue.
