My husband and I realized our water softener wasn’t working. We were in a hurry because we were selling our home and were having a home inspection the next day. With COVID 19 going on, we knew it was going to be a bit more challenging to get someone to help us that fast. 
My husband jumped on the phone and literally within minutes we had a professional on video walking him through what to do to fix it. 
All it was, was one little button not turned on to reset. We would have paid at least a hundred dollars or more to have someone show up and turn on 1 button. 
With this amazing advantage all we had to do was get a Help Me Holly professional on and within minutes it was fixed. 
We were so happy. Got the inspection down and we were able to sell our without that little hitch and it helped us to stay on course with the timing of our home closing date which was super important to us.

Within 2 minutes, I had an expert on the phone who knew exactly what was wrong, and was able to talk me through the simple steps to fixing it myself. I didn’t just get a quick fix - I got real, human support WITHOUT the astronomical costs I would’ve paid for a plumber to come to my house, AND I learned a knew skill in the process. Multiple times since then, HelpMeHolly has saved the day. How is this NOT the greatest solution you’re everyday needs? It’s amazing!
