Totally inconsistent in access. Downloaded slides - can’t get them. Sometimes shows up as a totally different conference. I apparently downloaded 350+ MB of files but they don’t launch and no way to delete them. Mostly a frustrating experience. The app is clunky. It requires logging in with my email address and 7-digit badge number, then waiting several minutes to load and scroll through multiple screens everytime I open the app. Even when a button within the app takes me to their own website in my browser, when I click to return to the app, I must login again and scroll through several pages before I can access the conference schedule. It's really too bad. Definitely does not fit to the subject matter. I’m very glad that I decided to purchase the entire conference. There were so many great presentations at the same time, that it was difficult to choose. Buying all of the presentations solved my problem.
