Now it won’t even let me reset because it freezes on the page with the security question. I fact the question doesn’t even load. They need to take a look at the flow of square or paypal app to get a feel for how this needs to be done. If I hand my phone to a customer for them to sign and possibly add a tip, they can’t see a total until they click the button that makes the keyboard go away. Really? they don’t know the total until they click another button? Seriously, way harder than it needs to be. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is I like the service. One major downfall is it does not sync with quickbooks and the statements you receive from Heartland are not user friendly. It would be great if you could seperate out sales tax!
