This was just a cliff notes summary of the diet with a bunch of broken links at the end. 

Not very helpful. I was hoping for some more insight to the program and tons of recipes.

Just a bunch of links that bait you into taping and take you to an ad sense website. Don’t waste your time.

This is for those of us who have been doing the plan for a few weeks with success. It helps one drill down on the finer points, feel more expert in the system and feel more confident about ones future self in maintenance mode. Good luck!
