After connecting through my email, it asks to create a pin and no meter what i put in, it says “There’s is a problem with the service. Try again later”. I was going round in circles trying to get the correct Govt Gateway User ID & password to take me to the next stage. There should have been password prompts. I was getting anxious I would use up my 5 attempts & get locked out. Each time I try & log in there’s a problem. Then it said I was using a different browser. That’s news to me!
