Very bad technical support ### 1/5 — Update this already! *2023-12-05* This app and all the other banks using this same app are decades behind the technology! ### 1/5 — Useless *2022-11-03, version 4.64.38* This app is literally useless. What’s the point of having “forgot” on password if you’re not even able to get it. You just have to wait until opening hours, it’s ridiculous Edit: Now it’s asking me for security questions and telling me my login information is invalid yet I have my account information written down. It’s not invalid. ### 1/5 — Does NOT work on this phone but says it does *2021-06-23, version 4.54.82* I hate updates, now it doesn’t even open to the login page. It starts but the display closes instantly. Running IOS ver12 on a 6plus cuz ios versions above kill performance and battery life. I find the app useful. There I can do with HNB that can’t do with other apps like BOA I have access to all my accounts, transfers, bill pay and mobile deposits. I’m sure you can find some thing you don’t like. But I choose to like more pros than cons. And very happy. I use at least once a day.
