This is the worst banking app. This might also be the worst bank ever created in history.  Very bad technical support

This app is literally useless. What’s the point of having “forgot” on password if you’re not even able to get it. You just have to wait until opening hours, it’s ridiculous 

Edit: Now it’s asking me for security questions and telling me my login information is invalid yet I have my account information written down. It’s not invalid.

I hate updates, now it doesn’t even open to the login page. It starts but the display closes instantly. Running IOS ver12 on a 6plus cuz ios versions above kill performance and battery life.
But this was the only means to transfer or remote deposit.

I use this app daily but one of the changes is that my ATM transactions show up but not the description as to where I used my card!!!!! Aack! Very unhappy

I use this app often.  It was better when I was able to scroll back and see past transactions within the accounts pages

I have been using the app for years thru all the updates and stuff since it came out.   I find the app useful. There I can do with HNB that can’t do with other apps like BOA  I have access to all my accounts, transfers, bill pay and mobile deposits.  I’m sure you can find some thing you don’t like. But I choose to like more pros than cons.  And very happy. I use at least once a day.  Keep up good work.
