I have been locked out of my account for three hours because the app crashed and won’t load. This is the third time it has happened to me. I can’t access anything that I need to for my account. You would think a bank would have a more reliable app than this. It needs major improvement, and it is not refined at all.

This app is terrible. The passwords never save and it doesn’t show enough information about my account. My fiancé has the same problem as me. She has an iPhone and the app won’t read her fingerprint. I’m giving this one star because my other banking apps are a lot better quality and actually help me.

The app has caused me to be locked out of my account on 3 separate occasions. It does. It accept my password and will not identify me which keeps me from gaining access any other way.
