Password expires with no notice leaving you locked out until you're able call during bankers hours.  
There are a hundred tools you'll never use and the ones you need a hidden in there somewhere.

Such a pain to log in, they give you a temporary password and the old username is supposed to work but doesn't. Once you are finally in there are so many glitches. Can't mobile deposit checks anymore, half the time account info doesn't load...not a fan

The first version of the app required jumping through hoops and calling the credit union to get set up (a not so good customer service experience). Now that the new app is up, it doesn't recognize the original user name and password and the account is now "frozen." Looking forward to this next round of contacting the bank.

I do like the app and ease of use but I wish there was a way to pay the mortgage through the app. Could there be a permission or a security question that allows me to pay it on the app?

We have been members since 1978 and have seen moves from building to building. Seen great personnel who have helped us through their retirements and then replaced by new faces. We now live out of state and continue to belong to HNCU. The phone help is always there and along with the phone app we continue to be satisfied with HNCU.

I Loved it but now I can't live without it! 

Does what you would expect a bank app to do with more. I can view balances of multiple accounts / loans from one page and transfer money between these accounts easily.

They added a new Quick Balance that does not require you to log in. Then they made it better adding the feature to the Apple Watch. 

Thank you so much for continually adding upgrades.
