My request is marked as green “received” but doesn’t show on the All Requests map or list. What good is this if no one is responding to requests? ### 4/5 — Original Honolulu 311 app was terrible but worked. First my original account did not work - had to create a new account. There needs to be a way to bypass the map pin.
