Easy to use and very time efficient, even from a small screen. ### 5/5 — Great App *2020-08-14, version 1.2.4* I was surprised at how user friendly the App is and all it can do. I like having all the information at my fingertips when in the field. I like being able to utilize on my phone or the iPad and do not have to be concerned about cell service. Although my current community is not violation heavy - I wish I had this App for prior communities and will enjoy it as my community grows. I love how the map can be manipulated to view the properties as I am driving (right/left). Pictures upload quickly and being able to close a violation in the field saves me so much time. **Developer response:** Great, thanks for your feedback. The ability to access ARC requests saves time from looking them up back at the office. Less steps in the process saves time. HOA Toolkit saves me so much time and I only have to use one device! Before I would have service connection issues or the iPad dying too fast. Always a struggle. It solved all of my connectivity issues when I was in the field and is a huge time saver! No more sitting in front of a house for 5 mins waiting for the address to pull up and another 5 mins for the violation to save! This avoids the residents coming out to ask “can I help you?” There is some set up if you need more options added to the “violation type” but that is a one time thing. ### 5/5 — Quick and painless process *2020-08-10, version 1.2.4* This app has saved me on average, 25 minutes per community tour, compared with our previous process. The ability to work offline has dramatically decreased the amount of time I’m parked outside of each home issuing notices which is a huge benefit to the privacy of the residents, overall time in the field, and my gas mileage. The map option is great, makes finding addresses a breeze, but also the ability to search (and auto fill) addresses saves time in our newer areas as we are still being developed. I also love the counter, which shows how many open violations are in the community as well as being able to close notices in the field. It was taking a significant amount of time to conduct compliance tours and most of the time we did not have a signal.... by having this off-line format it has expedited tours and allowed us to be more efficient not only with touring but knowing that photos will attach quickly and easily and we can attach multiple photos to one complaint.
